KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan a
nd Sindh High Court Judges have ordered the immediate
transfers of certain civil judges and judicial magistrates in the public interest.
Muhammad Hashim is
transferred from South Karachi to Thatta against the post lying v
acant.
Shahnawaz Jamari is
transferred from Malir to Hyderabad against the post lying v
acant.
District and sessions judges, South Karachi and Malir may
transfer the cases, falli
ng vacant, from the courts owing to
transfer of above named judicial officers to some other courts of civil judges and judicial magistrate for disposal according to the
law.
